POLITICS/NEWS Radcliffe Square lies at the heart of historic Oxford. Centre-stage is taken by the round Radcliffe Camera; this distinctive building of Oxford University, England, was designed by James Gibbs in neoclassical style and built in 1737-1749 to house the Radcliffe Science Library. It is now part of the world-famous Bodleian Library. But this historic vista is marred by an ugly pro-Palestine protest and tent city.
