MADISON, Wis., (April 22, 2017) – University of Wisconsin-Madison Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman 2nd Class Jacob Fuiten, 21, from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, spreads out mulch on the grounds of the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital here, April 22. More than 60 UW-Madison NROTC midshipmen visited with staff, inpatient and outpatient vets and helped with an Earth Day cleanup of the hospital grounds.
