New York City 57 WOODSIDE TRANSFER STATION Through this joint station, passengers on any division of the Long IslandRailroad, whether North Shore, Main Line, or Rockaway Division, are able totransfer directly to the Queensboro Subway and Second Avenue L rapid tian-sit trains of the Interborough and the Hroadway-59th Street Line of the B. R. T. The importance of this station as a transfer point is directly proportional tothe number of Long Island Railroad trains which stop there. About seventy-fourpercent of the trains stop today.
