Sindanglaoet Linggadjati Linggadjati: The sugar factory Sindanglaoet belonging to the Dutch East Ind. Agricultural Society with a capacity of 200kg cane per minute was saved by the rapid advance of Dutch troops from total destruction. A hose of dry sugar cane straw - topped with petroleum - supplied as a wick to the bombs which were arranged among the machines.
