The catalogues of any of the above companies will give many helpfulsuggestions in regard to potato machinery suitable for local conditions. COST OF GROWING POTATOES. The cost of growing potatoes will naturally vary with the local condi-tions. The kind of soil on which the crop is grown, the kind of machineryused, pay of laborers and many other factors have to be considered.
