NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Nov. 09, 2016) Seabee assigned to Delta Company of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 construct a Crow’s Nest during a Command Post Exercise on Camp Mitchell aboard Naval Station Rota. NMCB 11 is deployed throughout Europe Command, Africa Command, Pacific Command and Central Command; promoting security and stability by conducting general engineering, disaster relief, construction readiness operations and civic action support.
