Approval of October 14, 2003 Minutes (Action Item) MW made a motion to approve the minutes as prescribed under Roberts Rules with the following amendment as proposed by DB, the public notification plan should include notification of all relevant neighborhood organizations when scheduling a community meeting to discuss the creation of a DPA or for DAC meetings that are to discuss the creation of a DPA. 3. General RPD Update (Discussion Only) DM informed the members that he had a meeting with the Jefferson DPA community group to discuss fencing types and that the group favored a hard barrier for animal safety. He informed the group a survey was developed to solicit community input related to the fencing type. He also told the DAC that he met with Carl Friedman VG and
