The Crown Impe- will grow well in any good gar- den soil, and if it can be said to have preferences, it is for a deep loam. At the time of planting the soil sliould be deeply trenched and well manured. They should be planted 2 or 3 in a clump, 6 inches deep, and then left f(ir years. When established they flower abundantly, and the stems should not be cut off', but allowed to decay naturally. A slight covering during the winter is bene- ficial. (See cut.) Superfine Hixed. Including red. yellow and shades i>l drange. 12 cts. each ; !.5 per doz.; $8 00 per'100. Add 2 cts. each for Drher's Giant Cyclamen. DREER'S GIANT There are few winter-flowering bulbs more attractive than the Cyclamen, being an ideal jilant either for greenhouse or window decoralion. Not only are they beautiful when in flower, but the foliage is also highly ornnmeutal, being beautifully mottled, and they are therefore highly decorative even when not in flower. The Giant strain here offered is much superior to the old ty]ie, being of more robust growth and throwing the large flowers well above the handsome foliage. It is often a hard matter to get dry bulbs started into giowth. We have, therefore, concluded lo send out only nicely started plants, which we feel sure will prf)duce grand results, having been grown from our own choice strain of seed. Pure White. Blood Red. Deep Rose. White, with Carmine Eye. Price, any of the above in extra fine plants, 25 cts. each ; $ yer doz. nixed. 20 cts. each ; $ per doz. 7/ Cv(laiu,-iis are ;a>iled hv
