Two years ago, and evenwithin the past twelve months, we were asked manyquestions by intending purchasers, which to-day are noteven hinted at. Some of the prevailing questions ofthat age were; Can electricity be applied in our case? Cm a street railway, equipped with electricity, bemade a practical and commercial success?■ What will be the life of the apparatus? What will it cost to keep the apparatus in repair? Is not the current dangerous to human life? Will it not ruin the watches of passengers? The street railway people to-day appear to havebecome thoroughly satisfied on these questions, andconsider it an idle waste of time to discuss them in lieu thereof they ask us this: How soon canyou furnish
