The canopy walkway at Poring Hot Springs Mt Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia
At over 4000 metres high Mt Kinabalu is one of southeast Asia's highest mountains, lying in the Malaysian state of Sabah in northern Borneo. The mountain is at the heart of Mt Kinabalu National Park, one of Malaysia's most important protected areas. At the foot of the mountain, but still inside the park, lies Poring Hot Springs, which - as well as having hot springs - also has a rainforest canopy walkway, as shown in this image. High in the trees, people with a head for heights get to see a part of the forest we rarely get to see.
