Members of the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces use hook and line techniques to pull a piece of simulated unexploded ordnance during Humanitarian Mine Action level two training at Unite de Secours et Sauvetage’s Base, Kenitra, Morocco, Sep. 25, 2018. HMA level two is the second level in the HMA exchange in which foreign partners gather to train alongside Marines and Soldiers in order to learn how to mitigate explosive hazards. This is the first time that the HMA level two has been conducted on the continent of Africa.
