'Interior of Drapers' Hall', 1897. Headquarters of the Worshipful Company of Drapers, one of the livery companies of the City of London. The Hall was rebuilt twice, the first time after it was destroyed by the Great Fire in 1666, and again in 1772 after another fire which did considerable damage. In the 1860s, the frontage was changed and the interior altered by Herbert Williams. From Old and New London, Volume I, by Walter Thornbury.
