Without cjuestionthis valley should be publicly owned to pre-vent it from becoming, as it seems bound tobecome if uncontrolled, a slum and disease-breeding spot. In the northeast section a large park isshown on the hilltop land at East TallmadgeAvenue and North Brittain Road. Thisland could be purchased now at a relativelylow figiu-e and would be a tremendous futureasset. Another
