At the annual meeting-held on November 30th, 1S63, it was unanimouslyadopted, and the societ}- then became authorized totransa(5l business. On the 2Sth of November, 1S64, the organizationwas complete, and the following gentlemen wereele(fted officers of the society: president, HenryWhite; vice-president, E.
