NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (April 21, 2017) – Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Sailors assist each other with retrieving and properly disposing refuse and debris at the NBK Quarterdeck building during the installation’s annual Earth Day cleaning. The cleanup recognizes Earth Day by revitalizing the base, while sustaining a safe and pleasant work environment. Sailors participating in the event focused their efforts on ground maintenance, including trash removal, recycling, and yard litter around NBK facilities.
