Paralympic discus gold medallist Josie Pearson. was welcomed home by hundreds of people who lined the streets of her home town Hay on Wye in Powys. The 26-year-old broke the world record with a throw in the final to claim her London 2012 Games gold. The streets were packed as hundreds of people cheered her when she made her way to a homecoming reception at The Swan hotel. The Royal Mail has painted a post box and a gold medal stamp has produced in honour of her achievements
