International SEN rugby tournament, Witney, UK 3rd June, 2017. Teams of young people with Special Educational Needs competed in a rugby tournament at Witney Rugby Club with Phil Vickery -former England Rugby Union captain - in attendance. He encouraged the players and presented medals to all the teams.
