The Wales Coastal Path in North Wales. The chapel and altar at the Holy Well and Chapel of St Trillo at Rhos on Sea.

The Wales Coastal Path in North Wales. Internal view of the chapel and altar at the Holy Well and Chapel of St Trillo at Rhos on Sea. This small Christian structure is believed to be the smallest church in the British Isles. The chapel is located on a site that is thought to have been used for Christian worship dating from the 6th century. This route is part of the Wales Coast Path, which was developed in partnership with the Welsh Government, the Countryside Council for Wales, sixteen local authorities and two National Parks. Opened in May 2012, the 870 mile path (1,400 km) runs from the market town of Chepstow to the Cheshire border on the River Dee.
