Poppies at The Tower of London, London,England,UK. 18 August 2014 The wonderful evolving instalation, 'Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red' marking the centenary of the start of the First World War has been created by artist Paul Cummins with the setting by stage designer Tom Piper. By November the 11th this year there will be 888,246 ceramic poppies filling the moat of the Tower of London, one poppy representing each British man or woman that fell and died during World War One, 1914-1918. The poppies are for sale at £25 each and any monies raised will be shared between six service charities. Panorama image made from 6 sequenstial images to create 180 degree viewpoint.
