Brighton built West Country locomotive 21C123 Blackmore Vale in the shed yard of the Bluebell Railway


"Southern Railway West Country locomotive 21C123 built in Brighton in 1945 and named Blackmore Vale in the shed yard of the Bluebell Railway at Sheffield Park Sussex It was the first of the Bluebells 11 working locos to be steamed up in August 2007 in honour of the 125th anniversary of the opening of the Lewes East Grinstead line of which the Bluebell is the last surviving part."
