While in University Hospital had an attack of paroxysmaltachycardia which was caught on the electrocardiograph (rate 220 perminute). Pulse rate ordinarily 50 to the minute. Evidence of mitralinsufficiency and stenosis and myocardial insufficiency was found. Nine years ago fell and injured right testicle, which became swol-len and had to be removed. The left testicle atrophied soon Before Injury to Testicle 1. Full of life and vigor, socia-ble, quick thinker, excellentmemory, self-confidence. 2. Marked libido and potentia. 3. Hair on chest, abdomen, armsand legs. 4. Penis large. 5. Slender, pubic fat normal. 6. Skin smooth, elastic, firm. 7. Voice strong and deep andspeech clear and distinct. 8. Eyesight and hearing excel-lent. Si)ice Injury to Testicle 1. Quiet, dull, no energy, poormemory; gropes for wordsand thoughts, nervous andirritable. 2. No libido and very rarely hasan erection. 3. No hair on arms, legs orchest, and pubic hair is offeminine type. 4. Penis small, almost infantile. 5. Fat, especially mammary;abdomen and hips like female,and mons veneris prominent. 6. Skin dry and thin, and finelywrinkled. 7. Voice weak, but not highpitched, and speech blurred. 8. Eyesight and hearing poor. Figure ir, (Cm^c IS).
