The foliage is a very glossy, deep green, and at" every stage in its growth it is ahnost smothered wil/i beautiful, pendn- lOKS, white, stai-xhnjied Jtoirers, followed by white berries adorn the plant until late in the Fall, when fhe foliage jjssumes a very brilliant crimson coloring. The flowers are arranged along the inside of the brandies like huge Lilyrof-lhe- Valtei/ hells (which they quite resemble), weighting the branch- es so that they bend gracefully, — giving the entire bush a most attractive weeping ajjpearance.
