Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (August 15, 1875 - September 1, 1912) was an English composer and conductor. He is known for The Song of Hiawatha, a trilogy of cantatas written between 1898-1900. The first part, Hiawatha's Wedding Feast, was particularly famous for many years and made the composer's name known throughout the world. No photographer credited, undated (cropped and cleaned).
