Langley, who laterbecame the head of the Smithsonian Institute, Washington,D. C, then under the direction of Director J. E. Keeler, wholater took charge of the great Lick Observatorv, and nowunder Director Frank Schlesinger. Any person wishing to enter the Seminary as a stu-dent shall present the Faculty satisfactory testimonials of hischurch membership and piety, of his prudent deportment, andof his suitableness as a candidate for the ministry. 2. Students from other Theological Seminaries will beadmitted on presenting certificates of good standing and regu-lar dismission. 3. Students from other evangelical denominations willbe admitted to the Seminary on the conditions specified inarticle 6 below, provided that they present certificates ofmembership in some Christian Church, and are approved ascandidates for the ministry according to the usage of the de-nominations to which they belong. 4.
