Santa Rita, Guam (Aug. 25, 2021) from left Construction Electrician Constructionman Recruit Christopher Bolen, and Builder 3rd class Mauricio Velazquez; assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 replace the Headquarters building sign after the Change of Charge of Camp Covington, Naval Base Guam from NMCB 11 to NMCB 1. NMCB 1 Detachment Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Fleet maneuver in the 7th Fleet areas of operation.
