Protesters from New Fathers For Justice mounted Decimus Burton's Ionic Screen entrance to Hyde Park adjacent to Apsley House at Hyde Park Corner, to draw attention to what they say is the “the injustice fathers face in the present family court system”. They climbed onto the monument early in the morning of August 12th and have not given any indication of when they intend to leave. Passing traffic hooted in support as pedestrians and tourists stared and took photographs.
