Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers help train Soldiers from the Fort Meade Medical Department Activity with hoist operations July 7 during a Best Leader Competition held at Fort Indiantown Gap. Eight Soldiers from the MEDDAC competed in various events over the course of over 96 hours.
