Tech. Sgt. Porshae McMillian, the host of the Black History Month Luncheon, welcomes the guests Feb. 15, 2019, to Heritage Hall on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. More than 225 people attended this year’s event highlighting Black Migrations, which emphasized the movement of people of African descent to new destinations and subsequently to new social realities.
