BANGOR, Wash. (Sept. 21, 2016) - Capt. Alan Schrader, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) commanding officer, (NBK) presents Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Ivory Hargrove with a Letter of Commendation during an all-hands call held at the NBK-Bangor Cinema Plus Theater. More than 30 awards and decorations were bestowed to Sailors during the occasion. It was Schrader’s first all-halls call as NBK CO.
