He just loves the croc's nose. INDONESIA HILARIOUS images of a flying frog taking a ride on a saltwater crocodile were captured in Balangan, Indonesia. Saltwater Crocodiles can reach the lengths of more than 23 feet and weigh over 2,200 pounds. They are the largest reptile on the planet and are a formidable predator throughout its range. The crocodile in the images is a baby, less than a year old, but once it grows up, this species is capable of eating just about any animal that strays too close and is particularly adept at drowning terrestrial creatures like birds and mammals. These exciting images were taken by 39-year-old local wildlife photographer Ridho Arifuddin from a distance of six feet. “I feel this is a photo that tells the story of the friendship between a crocodile and a frog,” he said. "Another frog also joined the first one, and the three stayed together for a while before the frogs jumped off. “I was very happy and proud to be able to create a photo opportunity like this and get the best shots.” ENDs
