Navy Sailors with the amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21), utilize Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB) during a simulated visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) mission as part of Combined Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) in the Atlantic Ocean, Nov. 25, 2017.
