Memorial plaque devoted to political prisoners of the Czechoslovak communist regime worked in forced labour camps in Ostrava, Czech Republic. According the inscription, around 15,000 people were forced to work in the technical auxiliary battalions (Pomocný technický prapor) in the Military forced labour camps (Vojenský tábor nucených prací) in Moravian-Silesian Region in 1949-1954. The plague designed by Czech sculptor Borek Bayer was unveiled in 1997.
