Caption: Vietnamese villagers and members of the American military attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new aid station in Ca Lu Valley on July 14, 1967. The clinic was constructed by the Marines of "L" Company, 3rd Engineer Battalion, Third Marine Regiment, in collaboration with local Montagnard villagers. It was named in memory of HM2 J.
