Cast iron bell casing used during manufacture of the Great Paul Bell by Taylors Bell Foundry of Loughborough. Great Paul, the heaviest Bell in the UK, is now located in St. Pauls Cathedral. This bell casing supported the mould into which molten metal was poured to form the huge bell. This bell casing is now on display in Loughborough's Queens park to mark the long association of the town with bell making.
