Morris(6) of New York, detailed the history and delayed diagnosisof a patient, a Texas physician, who contracted this diseasewhile dissecting a body with blastomycetic dermatitis in Chicagoand who subsequently went to London and was operated forabscess of the liver, leaving a foul discharging sinus withoutrecognition of the character of the disease. The diagnosis wasestablished a few days before his death in New York by examina-tion of the pus from an abscess.
