110813-N-TY225-165 GULF OF ADEN (Aug. 13, 2011) A visit, board, search and seizure team from the guided-missile cruiser USS Anzio (CG 68) tows a skiff with seven Somali mariners toward the shore. The skiff was disabled for two days before Anzio came upon it and provided assistance. Anzio is on a routine deployment to the 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
