The historic Sandwich Weaver's building which was used by Dutch weavers who fled religious upheavals in the Netherlands during the 16th century, on Market Street in the small historic town of Sandwich, (a former Cinque Port) in Kent, Britain. Sandwich is one of England’s most historic towns where the street plan has changed little since the Doomsday book of 1086. The town has a higher density of listed medieval buildings than any English town and has the greatest number of medieval structures.
