Wings hyaline, with the veins and margins narrowly greenish black. Proboscis well developed; palpi short, porrect, thickly scaled, and hardly reaching beyond the frons ; antennce somewhat laminate ; fore femora fringed with scales on iniier side, a tuft of scales from joint of coxje and femora ; tibiis with the spurs minute. Fore wing with vein 3 from well before angle of cell; 4, 5 from angle; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 stalked. Hind wing with the inner area.
