The name is derived from geranos, a Greek (^ word meaning crane, the seeds having a long spur (supposed to resemble a crane's bill), which in planting should be cut ofi' with the scissors, as it tends to push the seeds out of the ground before. 6iJiifibniq* THRUST in thee?
