Cw 7582 Earnsdale reservoir and Darwen tower. On the west Pennine moors above Blackburn stands Darwen tower and a number of reservoirs. Here is Earnsdale reservoir below the tower. Earnsdale is reservoirs which is situated to the west of Darwen town centre in Lancashire and is owned and operated by United Utilities.
