American Beauty —In "American Beauty" we have a hardy rose of the largest size, having the ever-blooming qualities of the Tea rose, with the delicious odor of the Damask or Moss rose ; consequently, equally valuable for winter or summer flowering. Color is a deep brilliant pink, shaded toward the center with rich car- mine-crimson. 16 cents each; large size, 25 cents. Moss Roses — The Moss rose is as hardy as any rose can be, and an extra vigorous grower. They are much admired on account of their bright, healthy foliage, and mossy-like cover- ing of the buds. While they bloom but once a year, the flowers are large, beautiful, and plen- tiful. We can furnish five of the best varieties at 15 cents each. Climbing Meteor — The finest crimson, ever- blooming climbing rose in cultivation. It is a rich, velvety crimson, much like the forcing rose. Meteor, of which it is a sport. South of the Ohio river it would be perfectly hardy, while in the extreme Korth it could be laid on the ground and covered with leaves or straw, and will carry through nicely. 10 cents each; large size, 20 cents. Universal Favorite — A free grower, producing long, branching shoots, with bright, shiny fol- iage in abundance, and soft, light pink double flowers, two inches in diameter, strongly per- fumed. 10 cents each; large size, 20 cents. Princess Bonnie—Color is charming—rich, solid crimson, deeper than Bennett, and more vivid than Jack.
