(Mar. 9, 2022) On May 28, 1995 at approximately 1030 pm, PO2 Williams was shot and killed in the Heather Hills Apartment Complex in Temple Hills, MD as she exited her apartment. PO2 Williams was eight months pregnant at the time of the murder. One witness observed a black male in his early 20's having short hair, wearing glasses and a turquoise shirt with possible floral patterns on it in the area at the time of the shooting.
