Since coming here Mr. White has again gone back into enough the immense fruit production of the district attractedhis attention and lead to his identifying himself with the fruit-trade. His new specialty is evaporated fruits, and now one of theflourishing industries of this town is the Evaporator, from whichannually go forth to the Western Provinces and European centresmany car-loads of high-grade evaporated fruits, especially apples inthe past, though Mr. W^hite has already taken steps to extend hisnew Residexce of J.
