OMURA, Japan (Dec. 10, 2016) Ensign Adam Hansen, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), plays bagpipes for children during a community relations visit for children at the Omura Children's home. Bonhomme Richard, forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan, is serving forward to provide a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
