SEA - (Nov. 26, 2016) - USS Carney (DDG 64)'s visit, board, search and seizure team return to their ship after completing an exercise aboard the Spanish Navy replenishment ship ESPS Cantabria (AOR 15) during exercise Mavi Balina 16 in the Mediterranean Sea Nov. 26, 2016. Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting a routine patrol in the 6th fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
