In the 3^ear 1650 Governor Bradford, feeling that hishistor}^, although finished as far as the record to 1648, wasnot complete without giving all the particulars of those whocame over in the Mayflower, added to it as follows, and it isthe last that he wrote: And seeing it hath pleased him to give me to see 30. yearscompleated since these beginings; and that the greatworks of his providence are to be observed, I havethought it not unworthy my paines to take a view of thedecreasings and increasings of these persons, and suchchangs as hath pased over them &; theirs in this thirtyyears.
