From the Architect: A Customer Service Centre and Library for the London Borough of Newham within the East Ham Civic Centre Conservation Area. The aim of the new building is to consolidate a wide range of council services under one roof, creating good front line services for local people and creating cost efficiencies by combining library, and local service centre functions into one fit-for-purpose building.
