Security forces squadron Airmen and law enforcement members receive training on safe weapons handling procedures during Progressive Combat Solutions training at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., April 8, 2014. The Progressive Combat Solutions trains military and law enforcement personnel in a decision making process originally benchmarked by the Air Force known as observe, orient, decide and act.
