McTeer at his own request was relieved of thetrusteeship of the Waugh Fund, and E. E. Wiley wasappointed in his place. Dr. Wiley reported that thisfund had been paid into his hands as ConferenceTreasurer, and he was authorized to invest it. During the session Bishop Keener, at the request ofthe Conference, gave an account of our lately foundedmission in Mexico. The people were well supplied with preaching at thisConference. Five Churches were served on Saturday,day and night; and on Sunday there was the Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist, Colored Meth-odist, Colored Baptist, Mt. Carmel, and GreenwoodChurches.
