Shanghai, China - April 1982; Fiirst built in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty, the Yuyuan Garden is a large and famous Chinese garden located beside the City God Temple in the northeast of the Old City of Shanghai, China. The temple is often referred to in Shanghai as the "Old City God Temple". It and the neighbouring gardens are much visited by both locals and tourists. Here we see folk jamming lucky money onto an urn in the temple grounds.
